Kur produkti kthehet për arsye personale (ndryshim mendimi, përzgjedhje tjetër etj.).
5. Produkte që nuk mund të kthehen
Pajisje të hapura të higjienës personale (p.sh. rrojëse elektrike, tharëse flokësh etj.).
Produkte të dëmtuara për shkak të përdorimit të gabuar nga ana e klientit.
Produkte pa paketimin origjinal ose të përdorura dukshëm.
6. Procesi i rimbursimit
Pas pranimit dhe verifikimit të produktit, shuma e paguar do të rimbursohet brenda 7–14 ditëve pune, në të njëjtën mënyrë pagese që është kryer blerja.
Klienti mund të zgjedhë gjithashtu ndërrimin e produktit me një tjetër të disponueshëm në dyqanin tonë.
